Do You Belong To Any Fraternal Or Sorority Organizations?

I obtained the Third Degree in 1959 and the 32nd in 1979 ----I have not been active in Masonic, Scottish Rite or Shriner activities since spending half of the past 25 years living in New Zealand.

I pledged a sorority in college but luckily my friends talked me out of actually joining. I doubt I could have lasted very long....I was a bit of a hippy chick back then and wouldn't have done well with being told how to dress, who to date and who my friends could be, all of which was sorority life in the middle 1960's. I saw a couple of friends go that route and it wasn't pretty. So, instead of being a Tri-Delt, I was a GDI (G-d Damn Independent). The social life was more varied.
