No, not even close, made too many mistakes in life. However no serious trouble... so far anyway.

sound judgement in practical matters, level-headedness.
Powers of reasoning..
I think I have all of those things, but somehow don't always manage to act on them, LOL.

I'm a pretty rational thinker, tho my logic may sometimes cross the boundaries of what others consider rational.

Also good problem solver. With practical things (i recycle/repurpose things) an article i read a couple of years ago suggested it was because i can look at functioning objects, structures not just as a whole but as a confluence of their various parts, components. So when something can no longer fuction as it was intended and discarding or replacing it makes more sense than repairing it, i have good idea of what components could be useful in other ways.

I like to use common sense but not all the time. When I feel that I am being played by someone who is trying to direct me to a conclusion by thinking I will use common sense it pulls up a red flag for me. This someone is wanting to take advantage of me. Like having a thief in the family like our grandson that uses drama and lies to get money and items from family members and then does not return the items or pay back the money.

He is a liar who says that it is never his fault and continues with his drama stories to appeal to our common sense. He just struck again he appealed to grandma, and she loaned him eight hundred dollars before asking me and we have not seen any money back. Grandma is going to use more common-sense next time she said he does not get and birthday present or Christmas presents for the next ten years.

“Common sense” is good up to a point, although I’ve seen those proudly ignorant discount education and professionalism in favor of what they consider common sense to be. I’ve heard “college boy” used as a slur in my area. By this mentality, the best person to hold an elected office is someone with no relevant experience who is “outside of the system…”
