Do you cook with any small appliances?

"I mostly use the Instant Pot, the Induction Cook Top and the Nuwave Convection" This is me. If by Instant Pot you mean crock pot...then yes, this is totally me. My crock pot is very small and doesn't even have a temperature adjustment knob but it gets the job done. My kitchen is really a small kitchenette and I can't have a lot of gadgets. I do have a regular size stove but haven't used it in about 3 or 4 years.

An Instant Pot is an electronic programmable pressure cooker, OED.

I love my Nuwave! I use it for so much that I don't know how I ever lived without it.

No, the Instant Pot is different from a crock pot. It is an electric pressure cooker but does more than that.

It is not just a pressure cooker. Inside it has an inner pot. You can saute in it, make yogurt in it, cook rice in it, cook hard boiled eggs that peel easy, all sorts of stuff. I have make bacon and eggs in it many times. Today I am cooking beans in it.
