Do you doubt others before you doubt yourself?

Depends on the person of course and the topic.
Can happen in a debate or shopping or at work.
If I am talking to an older brother I might be more likely to doubt myself first. And if it is a younger sibling I am more likely to doubt them.
I need to come up with a good example. Later ........

I’m not naturally trusting so YES however I do understand that most people are probably more trusting than I give them credit for.

Im a self doubter by nature. But recently i will doubt the validity of others' input. Even "experts" like doctors and dentists. In the case of dentists they are businessmen first so you have to question their agenda. Doctors are different but sometimes they dont offer good advice. Second opinions you need to seek.

If it's a subject I am well versed in, I would doubt the other person.
If it is a subject I don't know well, I will educate myself.

If it is a subject I don't care about, anything someone says, within reason, is ok with me.
