Title. Do you enjoy art? Painting, sculpture, photography, music, dance, theater and cinema?

I do. I think a world without art would be like being dead while you're still alive.

I love art, I paint in oils, acrylic and watercolors.. I draw birds of prey with pencil. I also do fiber arts like harvesting, washing carding and spinning wool. Plus I crochet and make quilts.

Like everything else, food, music, booze, entertainment, I enjoy some of it.

I don't know anything about art I only know what I like, it might be a picture on a calendar from the bank or a famous painting.

I guess the thing I admire more than art is talent, the people that have the ability to create something wonderful for the rest of us to enjoy.

I am with Aunt Bea. I admire talent no matter the discipline. My biggest regret is that I have no musical talent. My families musical talent runs the gamut..The two headliners are a cousin pianist that currently is an accompanist at a major music school and has played with several majors orchestras, and another cousin that is front man for what is billed as"The loudest heavy metal band in the world."

Yes I love the arts.

A person doesn't have to "know anything about it"!

If an image or sculpture is fascinating to you, or the song turns you on, or the dance makes you thrill or the words cause emotion; that's what it's all about.

In a word - no. At least not visual art.
Art comes from our souls. If I'm correct, you don't believe in souls, aeron, right? Maybe that's why (stated with good intentions of course).

I love art. I graduated with a major in Visual Arts. Did a year at the Corcoran School of Art next to the White House, worked as a Graphic Designer in Wash. D.C., then became an Art Director, then freelanced, then started a business for screen printing. So, most of my life has been art.
