I do and it's happening a bit too much lately. Sometimes I wind up eating half a PBnJ sandwich, eggs and toast and sometimes Cheerios. Sometimes I eat a bunch of things..trying to satisfy my palette. That is certainly not good for my weight or diabetes.
I also have frozen prepared meals on hand: Pasta Prima spinach mozzarella ravioli, Michael Angelo's eggplant parmesan, Golden cheese blintzes and just bought Sukhi's Chicken coconut-mango curry which I'll have with easy prep jasmine rice. Although I try to find the ones with the lowest sodium content, I'm aware I can't eat them at every meal due to the sodium content.
