Do you get your pet(s) anything special for Christmas?

My granddaughter's big fat cat that she had when she was younger always considered any boxes to be his Christmas present. He'd start guarding them in advance, stretching himself on top of them under the tree and glaring at anyone who dared to touch them.

When the boxes were opened, he'd immediately try them out for size.....not that size mattered to him. We'd called him Bread Cat as he'd fit as much as possible in the box and then the rest of him would bulge out like a freshly-baked loaf of bread. He was "The 20-pound cat in the 10-pound box".

YES! Our pets have their own stockings that get filled with doggy toys and doggy treats. They Lā™„ļøVE Christmas. When we had a cat, she and her own Christmas stocking filled with sponge balls, little stuffed mice and cat treats. It’s probably the most Christmas fun that we look forward to.

We used to also. All the one dog I have now wants is food and a walk now and then.
She does love riding in the car so maybe a kids pedal car would make her happy. :ROFLMAO:
I could see me in a mental ward involuntarily if I bought her a kid sized remote control car
she could ride in.

Oh yes the dogs, get very spoiled....... new beds, new winter coats , new leads, new toys , new treats... my dd even takes them to visit Santa Clause at the pet centre....

when DD lived in Spain she always took the dogs down to the reservoir or the beach on Christmas day... they absolutely loved it... she took them there every week, but always made a point of it on Christmas day..some days she'd have 7 dogs... to handle at once..but they loved it, never any squabbling...
