Do you have a George Foreman grill?

I asked for one a few years ago with removable plates because I despised cleaning it.
I don't use the cooking instructions in the manual because when I do the meat comes out dry but I suppose that's because it squeezed out all the fat like it's supposed to do.
I cook everything on the highest temp 425.
I buy chicken breast tenders (for convenience when I don't want to cut them myself).
I also buy McCormick Mesquite Marinade.
Put the tenders in a pan with the prepared marinade. 30 min (or you don't have to wait) .
Spray plates with cooking spray. Preheat grill to 425. Add tenders 4-5 at a time. Give it a minute to come back to temp then cook for four minutes.
They come out tender, juicy, EASY and delicious to use on salads, as a meal, etc
I just made some and cleaning was easy with the removable plates.

Yes and I love it. My plates are removable, non-stick and dish-washer safe but I usually just wash in sink. And I cook 'wet' too.

I marinate chicken tenders in a sealed plastic bag with some soy sauce and toasted sesame seed oil for about an hour. Then heat grill, drain meat and put on grill wet. 'Done' light comes on in about 7 or 8 minutes. To make clean up easy I unplug the grill, lay a very wet paper towel on grill to cover cooking area and close it. After dinner the sticky mess will almost rinse off.

For a chocolate fix, I Pam spray a small tortilla, lay a bit of chocolate bar or few chocolate chips in middle and fold. Lay on clean, hot grill with folded side DOWN and close grill top for a few seconds. Crunchy outside, warm melted chocolate inside. Small dip of vanilla ice cream on side. Quick and easy which is my kind of cooking lately

I have the small Foreman grill, one of the first ones. Back then, it didn't have removable plates, nor any temperature control. What a pain in the neck to clean.

Fortunately, I don't like hamburgers , steak or chops cooked in it. They all come out "steamed" and grayish looking.

Exactly like you, I'll grill marinated chicken breasts in it and serve with Caesar salad. That, and the occasional hot dog is all we use it for. Like you said it is wonderful for chicken!

Helen, that chocolate tortilla sounds great.
