I just heard on the news one opened up on the other side of town here. I used to go there a long time ago. I like their fish and hush puppies.

We haven’t had one in this area since the late 70s or early 80s.

I used to enjoy their food but have to admit that it usually didn’t stay with me for long, too much grease.

I noticed some places that you go for food don't even bother to drain the grease from their food. I was sick from a Chinese restaurant that had very greasy food. Never went back there.

There are three left, I believe in Ohio.

Nathan's Famous is bringing them back as "ghost kitchens", whatever the virtual hell that is.

Arthur Treacher was an actor and dancer who appeared in at least one Shirley Temple movie. I guess he eventually danced his way into a kitchen.....

Garfield Heights OH and Cuyahoga Falls OH are only stand alone restaurants that I know of... not close enough to go to.

One just opened in Cleveland Heights, too far for me to get to with my beater car.

OK, I looked up "ghost kitchens". That's a "restaurant" where you can only get the food through Grub Hub or the like. Virtual restaurants.

I could have sworn I answered this. Must've gotten distracted. Anyhooooo.... We used to have one fairly close, but the only one I see in Jersey now is about 40 miles away. I enjoyed their fish and chips but doubt I'll be eating there again.

Oh I used to love chicken and chips but the fish was as good , have not seen one in ages .
