Do you have less or more stress?

I think I just get stressed about different things. Having no real issues (touch wood) I find I'm getting 'wound up' over things that I can't control or that don't affect me. If I could just ignore these things, I'm sure that things would be better.

That reminds me that in work, we used to use the acronym "SEP" which stood for "Someone Else's Problem" .

Me, exactly. How stressed depends on what day it is, what hour of the day. I realize I do it to myself by dwelling issues that I cannot do anything about.
