If so, who delivers for them? Is it FedEx? The reason I'm asking is, I order my groceries once a month online and have them delivered to my home. I ordered my groceries Monday and they were delivered Wednesday but they left them down at my basement garage door. I didn't even know they had been delivered until I checked my email. I looked on my front porch and nothing was there.
I remembered Amazon started doing the same thing so I went out and looked down to my basement and there was my package out in the open for it to rain on. I went down and tried to pick it up and it was so heavy I couldn't do it. I was going to try to get just a few items at a time and take up but I would have to climb the steep hill or go up the basement steps so many times that it was ridiculous. I had to call my neighbor and ask him if he would help me with it. He came down and brought it in for me.
I got online and chatted with Wal-Mart and they said they would get it fixed. One of my items was busted so they replaced it and it was delivered yesterday. Again, it was left at my basement garage door. I reported this issue also!
They gave me a credit toward my bill but if they think that will make me continue shopping there, they are wrong. I should not have to call a neighbor to get my packages in my house! If FedEx deliveries for the Wal-Mart Plus accounts, there is no way I would use it! I'm not paying for a service and get this kind of delivery service!
