Problem with doggy style is that it feels like a broom handle in the wrong place. One thing that might help maintain positions is bungee cords, one around each set of thighs and around the middle keeping the two participants together. This could be much more effective than duct tape for the more hairily inclined. And it would allow for extra bounce.
