At the age of 55 I stopped wearing any high heeled shoes.
I before then enjoyed and loved them for the right occasion.
I do think they can make a female look more attractive, sort
of depends on some other things and attributes etc.

My knees started to change and some other posture things
with the onset of aging.

Attempting to wear them now at age 71 could result in an injury.

I never did wear very high/spikey heels.

What makes females attractive is their natural female parts. I'm pretty sure long term use of high heels is detrimental to most of the joints from the ground up.

High heels make women look more attractive for me. Perhaps I'm oldfashioned, but I like them. And they may even improve pelvic floor function if they are not too high.

Being above average in height, the last thing I wanted to wear was high heels. Shorter women that I knew tended to flock toward them. Not me. They seemed painful and gave a false impression that the woman was taller than she was.

My wife likes them and I think that she looks fabulous in them. To qualify that I'm not talking about the high heels that became known as stilettoes, the heels my wife wears are designed to dance in. Her dance shoes have heels like this.

The long, slender stiletto has a reputation, enough said!

Imo, dresses looked better with heels. I wore high heels at work until my feet started hurting. Now when I dress up, I feel frumpy if I’m not wearing high heels. Guess I’ll have to feel frumpy, because I’m not wearing them.

I’d wear those for special occasions, if I found a pair in my size.

You know, back in the 80s, I worked for DuPont for a couple years, in a building that was half labs, half offices.

I grew to love the skirt with sneakers look.

I think they are very attractive, but I suppose women know whether they look good in them or not. Although I like them, I can't remember ever having a relationship with a woman who wore them. I'm can't even remember just dating a woman in them. My wife never owned a pair or asked me if she should buy a pair. She did look good in her ski boots, and I always thought she looked great on the ski hill, and not ski bunny great; She was competent, graceful, and in control.

I mostly don't like the way they look, it bugs me to be watching TV shows and movies that have women wearing high heels in so many situations that look inappropriate to me.

I don't know about more attractive but, I think they can look very elegant with dressy clothes. I still have some shoes with heels but, seldom wear them.

Stilettos used to get stuck inbetween pavement slabs, I knew several people who wrenched their ankles when their heel got stuck and one who even fell flat on her face - okay, the last one was me!

While I think a lot of the heels are beautiful and wish I could wear them, my feet were never great in them. I don't wear them. I just like to admire other women's heels now. And by the way @LadyEmeraude seeing that perfume bottle I could smell the perfume in my mind immediately. My mother wore it all the time.
