Do your State's Schools still grade students A - F?

One school here in Western Australia has decided to do away with that system.
Now it will be,
Achieved
Partially Achieved
Not Achieved
So no more "A" Students
So no more "F" Students

Well "not achieved" will certainly hurt feelings, can't have that. Maybe "still in progress" would be more sensitive.

There was one school that I attended in or around the Rochester, NY area, that used the following grades: E (excellent), S (satisfactory), I (insufficent), & U (unsatisfactory). All other schools graded with, A,B,C,D,F.

My very first report card in first grade was ALL U with Red Circles around them!
