Does Anyone belong to a On Line Support Group for a particular disease or condition?

Over the years I have belonged to several that I found extremely useful and supporting. 25 years ago it was a Prostate Cancer Support Group then a Atrial Fib Support Group. Neither of which I need now. More recently 2007 a Support Group for a rare kind of Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and just within the past year a Support Group for Rheumatoid Arthritis.

When I had my prostate removed back in 2003, I followed a usenet news group for prostate patients. It was really helpful and answered a lot of my questions. There's nothing like getting advice and support from those who have been there.

I had my Radical Prostatectomy at Stanford U. Hospital Grandpa. Where did you go? Web probably were using the same usenet group around the same time.

Mine was at St. Jude hospital here in Fullerton. They kept me two days. I think it was a couple months before I returned to work. Do you still get PSA tests? I stopped after 5 years. I figured that if it spread, there wasn't much they could do about it anyway.
