I would like to get a food dehydrator for my daughter and son in law for Christmas. I think my daughter would love fooling around with it and my son in law loves dried fruit.
Besides when they bought their house it had a huge fig tree in the back yard. It produces like crazy.
I never knew there were so many companies that make them. What I'm reading is that the LEM brand is the best. I want one in the $100.00 range. Seems like the air flow is important, better coming from the back than the top.
Do any of you have one? I'd appreciate any information. I want to order early. I think this year many more people will be ordering online.
