Does anyone over 80 YO still do their own yard work

Does anyone still mow their own lawn after 84 years old? Just curious, Thanks!

I'm going on 83 at the end of the year and I still rake my yard of leaves and rubbish. It is not a big yard but gets a lot of sunshine which can be very hot in the summer. I don't have any grass because I covered it over with a weed mat and laid bark
on top of it. What a job, because I had to buy 30 bags of bark and laid it all by myself. It looked terrific. I refuse to go to a car-wash and wash and vacuum the car when it needs it.

I am not there yet, but that is my goal. Have a neighbor 92 and he does his. He did finally have to
get a riding mower but as he says, "My grass cutting is like my hair cuts, I like it a certain way"

I do not mow my yard. It is a large corner lot on an incline and needs to be done a riding mower, which I do not have. The cost of buying and maintaining a riding mower wouldl likely cost as much or more over time than hiring it done every two weeks, plus I would have to do the work.

I used to do it all, but have too wrecked of a body to do anything now...
waiting on a guy to clear the downed limbs and leaves, then will get
my mower guy to do it this summer again...

Stepdad did until he was 90... over an acre to boot!
