I haven’t watched the video but in general if body language and what is coming out of a person’s mouth don’t agree, believe the body language

Body language tells a great deal. Tapping toes. Crossed arms. Distance when near each other. Clenched jaw.

An old friend of mine, now a retired State police detective and later a prosecuting attorney, told me he looks at a suspect's throat when interrogating. He said there is a fluttering there, when the suspect is lying.
