Does anyone here know how to download photos from my Apple XR iphone before I do a factory reset. If you do, you sure are smarter than me because I haven't a clue.

Do you want to download the photo so we can see it here?

Thanks for your help. I was up until 1 am last night but I did it. First I tried and tried and downloaded them into Google's One Drive. I admit here I am not a fan of "One Drive." I know they are after my month. I checked it very carefully and I noticed that I am 2.9 GB full in the free 5 GB that Google allows. I know their trick. You get to 5 GB and then they want to sell you more space by paying every month or whatever for the space. HA! I can go to a store and pick up a 30 GB memory stick for $10 Canadian. Go on Amazon and they have dozens and dozens of memory sticks in all sorts of sizes and colours. No thank you Google "One Drive."

After a lot of "playing around" I got to save all my photos unto one of my memory sticks and spent a lot of time editing them. Tomorrow I am going to "Factory Reset" my iphone.

I don't know what you use for internet, but if you have a regular PC or laptop you can connect phone to it and that would transfer the pics to your PC/laptop. All I've needed to do that is the phone charger- remove the plug-in part and it's as USB cable.

Glad to hear you worked out the problem, but this might be helpful for future reference.

Thanks! This iphone is the "Brave New World" to me. Yes, it does wonderful things but you just can't beat my old flip phone for making a simple phone call. Oh well, the times move on!

True. I had 2 very nice phones from StraightTalk, but was told they couldn't be used anymore because of that G stuff that I don't even understand.
