An animal cruelty case is being investigated after a video shows a dog being dragged behind a truck through a northwest Houston neighborhood, according to Houston SPCA.

I can say that is one sick S.O.B and he deserves to be dragged behind a truck! I can stand animal abuse.

More than 1 person involved in that heinous act of crulty against an animal who's incapable of defending himself I hope they get them all and give them the max. penalty, although for animal cruelty the max. is hardly enough

They plan on charging them all with felony cruelty among other charges. I would like to meet the parents of those sadists.

I lived in Houston for eight years and what I found was there are a lot of really evil bastards down there. I worked with a guy who served time for murder. He pled self-defense and only had to serve a few years, but knowing him, he surly instigated it. While I worked there, he stabbed another worker with a screwdriver and didn't even get fired! I knew some guys who liked to go downtown on the weekends and beat up gay people.

There are good people in Houston, too, but a lot of bad. That's one place I never want to go again.

I'll never forget James Byrd, a black man dragged to death behind a pick-up truck in Jasper Texas. It takes a special kind of evil to do that to any human or animal.
