Dragon Fruit at local market

First time I ever noticed such exotic produce in the store. I was considering buying one, but I was wondering if the price was reasonable.

Any of the very few times that I’ve seen them in a store, I know they weren’t anywhere near that price. Since I know nothing about them, I didn’t even consider buying them.

I've bought them a couple of times but I don't like them enough to pay the price.

I've seen them in the produce section, never motivated to buy one. Turns out- my neighbor did buy one, apparently didn't like it enough and offered it to us. Yuk, I wouldn't eat one again unless the whole world was in famine.
