Dunkin Donuts

Up here, in the north country, DD is dropping the donuts from their name. I guess they might just as well, as they have become more and more a fast food place. The price they charge for their tiny donuts is out of whack anyway.

Oh, by the way. Happy coffee day....Sept. 29th.

WE only have 8 Dunkin' Donut outlets here in the UK, and most of them are in the greater London area. They arrived here in the Uk in 2013... god alone knows why because we have plenty of our own ''doughnut'' places...but anyhoo..I've yet to discover the delights of Dunkin' Donuts...just never fancied it tbh...

Happy National Coffee day to you Pappy... now you've put me in the mood for a coffee.. so I'm gonna go make one.. :D

We have a DD on every corner and they are always busy.

Years ago I would buy a couple pounds of ground coffee at Christmas but that was about it for me.

Nope. Not a Dunkin Donuts fan either. We have a few of them here and there but we have Tim Horton’s and they outrank most fast fan coffee but I have to admit that Mcdonalds really stepped up their game in the last year and gave them a run for their money.

They are moving toward taking a piece of Starbucks business. The donuts will become less important to them.

I last drank coffee in 1970, so that won't work with me. The doctor told me it was irritating my gizzard, stop drinking it.

Our local DD closed a few years ago; it was a dark day for me. I love their coffee and I'm a sucker for a good donut, so it was a day of mourning.

I’m the same way Manatee. Coffee burns my stomach lining something awful but I do really like the flavour.

Pappy ,I went to the 1 here on 12 in Norwich, ordered my usual...AND THEY WERE OUT OF PUMPKIN SPICE UNTIL MONDAY!!!!!!
My broken heart is healing as we speak; ),L.O.L.

I love their Bavarian creme filled and Boston creme filled donuts and will continue to splurge on them. Unfortunately, the nearest one to me is 99 miles. (well maybe not unfortunate as this stops the idea to jump in the car and fetch some on a moments notice). :D:D

I'll be driving right past Dunkin Donuts tomorrow morning as we head up the mountain to our favorite apple orchard that makes fresh hot apple-cider donuts, rolled in cinnamon sugar. Mmmmmmmm. Our last chance for a donut fix, as we are pulling up stakes and returning to Florida on Monday. :(
One of my best memories in Vermont was stopping and having a fresh apple cider donut, coffee, and a piece of sharp cheddar cheese.
As for DD, I like their toasted almond coffee with cream, no sugar. Yum.
