I used to make these years ago. I would serve them warm with ice cream on top.

My wife makes these very fall during the apple harvest. I like peach dumplings also. In fact, I like peach cobbler, peach ice cream, just peaches or peach anything.

For those of us who're too inept, lazy or otherwise occupied to bake such scrumptious stuff, I would recommend the Apple Tarttlets from Omaha Steaks (with whom I nave no interest or relationship).
