Eat "Purple" for Good Healh

Scientists believe that eating purple fruit may help "ward off" age-relatd diseases
such as Alzheimer's, heart problems and cancer.
The chances of getting multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease may be reduced
by consuming blueberries, blackberries and plums.

Researchers say one or two of the recommended five daily portions of fruits and vegetables
should be purple fruit.

Berry season coming up soon at the farmers market. Can't put blackberries in a smoothie though, the seeds get sharp.

Eggplant qualify I wonder? I don't know how to cook it.

I used to bake my eggplant for about an hour @ 350*.

But, nowadays I microwave it anywhere from 5-8 mins. Cut it in half, let it drain and add butter.
Very easy.
