Jean Stapleton died today at 90 years of age. Of course, she was most famous for her role as Edith the long suffering wife of Archie Bunker on All in the Family. An iconic television classic, the likes of which we will never see again. RIP Jean, you made a whole generation laugh and cry for many years.
