Elderly Women Arrested for Playing Mah-Jongg

Yep, I know a lady who lives in the condo complex and she said it was quite a deal. Apparently the old prune who complained to the police is a piece of work. She's constantly trying to cause problems for other residents. This is just her latest. Why are some people like that?
