A company in Israel named StoreDot has developed an electric car lithium-ion battery that can be fully charged in five minutes and is fully compatible with current charging methods. I have no further info on this.

There's no such thing as a free lunch. Supposing the battery can store 40Kwatts of electricity, and you want to charge it in 5 mins? That's an awful lot of power you're going to deliver. Now if you said that it can theoretically be charged in 5 mins, but using current charging facilities it will take several hours, that's more believable.

Go to Israel and tell them they are stupid and call them liars. Good luck

I would but I have no info.
Here is some info.
HERZELIYA, Israel, April 13, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- StoreDot, the pioneer of extreme fast charging (XFC) battery technology for electric vehicles (EVs), has been named New Product Innovation Leader in the European Rapid Charging Battery Manufacturing Industry by Frost & Sullivan. The Best Practices award recognizes the crucial role of StoreDot's XFC battery technology in accelerating the transition to electric vehicles (EVs) by overcoming one of the biggest barriers to mainstream adoption – range and charging anxiety. It also underlines Frost & Sullivan's strong belief that StoreDot, which recently produced the world's first engineering samples of five-minute charge batteries and has the backing of strategic partners BP, Daimler, Samsung Ventures, and TDK, has the necessary building blocks in place to achieve rapid commercialization.
