Embrace Life - always wear your seat belt

Always! Seat belt/shoulder harness has saved my life...twice in combination with the shoulder harness in a car and once with a seat belt while in the hack on a motorcycle. Never leave home without it! I don't even back out of the driveway without having it engaged.
 

My husband and I had seatbelts way before they became compulsory in cars in Australia. We even had harnesses for our children, which would not now be approved. But way back then, we did participate in car rallying, and knew the benefits they provided.
