Equine Identity Crisis??

Is this normal or are there issues involved??

The story goes that it was hand raised from birth, presumably with the family cats and dogs.

OMG i have never seen a horse sleep like a cat does

All the other horses and thinking to themselves.."Well look at that, maybe I'll give it a go, I do get rather tired sleeping on my feet all the time."

Do we know why horses sleep standing up, is it a survival issue, like they always had to be ready to run??

My horse sleeps lying down every night! He loves to snuggle into the bedding and have a snooze. He doesn't curl his legs under him like the one in the picture, but he tries to get them in as close to his body as he can.
