"No, no ,no.
No, I'd best be off, Mr Weggs waiting.
His leg's playing him up again.
Angry looking sores, he said, kept him up all night."

"You and him are getting very close"

"Fanny Biggetywitch, to suggest that I am entering into some kind of romantic liaison with Mr Wegg, as I am draining the pus...

"Ugh"!

-from his one good leg is extremely insulting and I'll thank you not to repeat it.
Good day. " 😆

Another short excerpt
(Watching the arrival of Bride)

"Look at that dress!
It's not the best colour is it? It drains her. Washes her out."

I think she looks lovely.

"Well you don't have my eye, do you?"

:LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL:

I haven’t watched this but the BBC axed it after only one series.

The mysterious Fanny Biggetywitch is definitely not a Dickens character.

She was a made up one by the series creator, Tony Jordon.

Glad you're enjoying it!
