Faux Grilled Cheese

I make a cheese sandwich I call faux grilled cheese. Toast the bread, then put in the cheese and nuke until the cheese melts. It won't be exactly like a traditional grilled cheese, but doesn't require frying.

Yeah, because heating a fry pan is such a chore.

And when frying remember to put mayo on the outside of the bread, not butter. The mayo makes the cheese melt perfectly without burning the bread.
