I always wondered why U2 was never chosen to write a Bond theme...they've been huge for decades. Not sure what the criteria is to win this assignment.

Same as @Aunt Marg above. Sir Roger Moore was my first solo Bond Watch. Also, I was a fan of Paul McCartney and Wings. Solitaire (Jane Seymour), Tarot Cards, Baron Samedi (played by the guy who made the 7Up Commercials) and Yaphet Koto. It was wow... Sir Roger Moore was from the Pretenders with Tony Curtis and in The Saint. A Bond for teenage girls to crush over....
