What's your favourite type/brand of sauce?

I do like Italian style tomato sauce. In some areas, they call it gravy when it is cooked with meats.

Restaurants don't serve it anymore, but I love sauce Bearnaise. I have tried to make it a few times, but it always broke or curdled. I gave up, but I'd love to have some again.

Bechamel sauce or "white sauce" is nice, too and a lot better than those canned cream soups for a creamy dish, imo.

Lea & Perrins steak sauce is always around but I never use it on steak; I put it in meatloaf.

I do like soy sauce now and then; also teriyaki and ponzu sauces.

Radish Rose-Knorr`s makes a decent Bernaise sauce in a packet. You just add milk. I`ve never tried making it from scratch but I would probably have a problem too LOL.

My husband makes a fabulous pasta sauce. I love green tomatillo sauce and sour cream & cilantro.

Frank's hot sauce.

And whatever that sweet onion sauce is that they put on subway sandwiches..I tried to duplicate it once but failed.
