Feeling Fruity!

I agree! I love berries, and enjoy blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc. whenever I can. When we go camping, we take along plenty of canned fruits and berries. Peaches, plums, kiwis, etc. are all very healthy and tasty. Diabetics have to be watchful not to eat too much fruit though, as it does contain natural sugars.
