My mom's been gone 15 years today (Nov 25th). Here we are on a long ago Thanksgiving - probably 1952 when I was 7 months old.

yes a lovely photo, I agree.. 
I understand you remembering Deb.. ...even tho' my mum died when I was a teen there's barely more than a few days go by when she doesn't pop into my head for some reason, and I always remember her birthday and the anniversary of her death

My mother died 2 weeks before Christmas and its never been the same again for me. Love the photo, Deb. How was your Thanksgiving? Did you have some of your family over?

No family. My usual visit to my aunt's house was cancelled. She is not ffeeling well, so that's understandible why she didn't have a dinner this year.

My mother also passed away 15 years ago. She died on Dec. 14, 2006 and exactly 2 weeks later on Dec. 28, 2006, my husband's mother passed away. That was a tough Christmas.
