Picked today, Jan. 25. Starting to look a bit shriveled, but many just perfect. I decided the earth was pretty dry, so watered the plants, many newly formed fruit on them. The plants are two years old, my wife stating pepper plants are only supposed to go a year! The peppers are very sweet, not at all hot, chopped up into my various "soups", they add lots of good taste and good stuff like Vitamin C.

Back east, folks are shivering in the cold, here, I'm picking fresh peppers, and shivering in the cold! Wind 25 mph, temperature 63` F! imp

Nice looking bunch. Good in salads. Thought they were hot.
I made chili yesterday and added (ground) crushed red pepper...made my eyes water, but I like it that way.
