Find Any Lysol Disinfectant Wipes Yet?

I've been looking for them online and could not find any in a long time.

Went to my local grocers on Wed. and wanted to see what they had in the cleaning good aisle. To my surprise they had the Lysol Wipes Lemon Scented!

I didn't want to be greedy and they did cost over $6 so I got a canister of 80 of them. I'm going to go back one day soon and get another if they still have any.

So, have you found any?

Nope. Plenty of sanitizer, even Lysol spray has come back on the shelves recently, but still no wipes!

I just happened to purchase a 3 pack at my local dollar store back in Feb before the craziness began. And had a couple half filled containers already on hand, so we can go a while longer before we need to purchase more.

Last month my local Walmart was well stocked with Lysol Wipes (80ct) on the shelf. I asked an employee if there was a limit. He said 'No' and so I took 4 containers. I haven't looked since to see if there are any.... probably not.

Just amazed at the price gouging going on with disinfectant spray and wipes online. .. from an online website called Brooklyn Equipment,
... 12 Lysol Disinfectant spray cans for $298.00, (about $25 ea), and Clorox wipes for $25 for one canister also.

Ask the manger what would be the best day & time of the week to have them on the shelves and get there at opening before they are all gone. I did it at Walgreens and a couple months ago I got to Walmart right at 6AM on a Seniors Only from 6-9 AM day and they had everything. Keep in mind isopropyl alcohol is just as effective. I keep bottle in my truck.

I haven't looked for wipes but still can't find aerosol Lysol. Still have plenty, but it not being available makes me uneasy since that's what I use for my phone, purse ...things I don't want to spray bleach on. And that it's just another reminder of times...

You can make your own Clorox Wipes too .... here's one of many videos showing how to do it. I haven't tried it yet, as I still have some on hand, but will in the future.

I don't think the "homemade" wipes are such a great idea. Once bleach is mixed with water it begins to degrade quickly.

Dilution with water causes sodium hypochlorite to degrade faster.Bleach solutions for disinfection should be prepared daily. Bleach must be stored and used in well-ventilated areas only. https://www.northeastern.edu/ehs/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Bleach-Fact-Sheet-Draft.ejc2_.pdf

I hadn't saved any disinfectant wipes for years. When this Covid thing started, I decided to get some. But they were in short supply. I finally bought a 3-pack at Walmart a couple months ago. I don't use them as often as I should. But I'm set. I bought 2 gallons of natural ingredient hand sanitizer maybe a year ago. I'm all set with that too.

I went back to the same store yesterday and they were completely out of the wipes again--oh well, at least I still have a full container of them as I don't use them that often with me being alone here.

We have lots of hand sanitisers / masks / disinfectant wipes available here in Australia I bought a pack today on special .
The state of Victoria has been hit really hard with a second wave and are in stage 4 lockdown, I believe when they are allowed to go out shopping for 1 hour a day there is lots of panic buying going on there for wipes / masks ect

These wipes, from what I can see, say they kill germs, germs usually mean bacteria. Here we have wipes labeled to kill bacteria, and VIRUSES. While some of our wipes are labeled to kill only germs, bacteria-there are plenty of these available but they don’t kill the virus.

The best ones for killing viruses have, at least, 70% alcohol. I don’t know how it is where you are, but check your labels, google, and make sure you get the wipes that kill viruses. Just a suggestion. Stay safe.
