We just got an antique car tag (our car is 25 years old) an we are in need of a 1999 chevy caviler drivers side floor mat (black). We have looked to no avail at local places where they have old parts/cars and on line, we found two visors several years back.We have looked on line too .New ones are outrageous. Thanks for any suggestions.

That's like trying to find the "official" hubcaps for a car. I came out one morning and both of the hubcaps were missing (they were there the night before) from the side of the car away from the house. ARRRRGGGGHHH.

So I checked with the dealership....$65 dollars for a hubcap. Nope. I went to one of those used hubcap places and luckily found two matching used hubcaps for $21 each. Still not happy, but whadda ya gonna do?

Two morning later, two more hubcaps missing. Ay-yi-yi. This time, I just took the two that were left and replaced everything with a set of plastic hubcaps from Walmart for $15. Nobody steals plastic hubcaps. I sold the two I had bought from the used place back to the guy for $10 each, thus losing $22.

When I bought my last car new, I immediately took off the expensive hubcaps and replaced them with a set of plastic Walmart ones. The good ones are stored until I sell the car, at which time I will put them back on, which will make the car more valuable, at least a little bit.

People.....
