I don't "cry" enough. I am sure it would help me let off some emotional steam.
That's me

Had a good cry a week or so after our son died
Been a long while

Felt good, real good

Kinda washes the dreck outa one's soul

Doubt I'll be able to have another, but found its much better than a good mad

I don't wanna become some blubber puss,
but man, once in three decades is a bit too long between

1) Dust (I have never enjoyed, dusting.) I will eventually dust when I can't see the piece of furniture underneath all of the dust. lol Or hubby will dust for me. Don't get me wrong, I like a clean home... I just dislike dusting. It gets done, eventually.

Mom teased me alot about my dislike of dusting. I remember her coming over to my house and dusting (when I was single). OMG, I do cry... well, actually I teared up.

2) Exercise

3) Sleep enough

4) I don't care about wearing makeup any longer; who's going to see me anyway (due to wearing a mask).

I hear you, I don't cry easily. Last time I really cried was when we were travelling back to our home after Mom's funeral. Suddenly, I just started crying loudly. I had been holding it in, I suppose.

It is said that crying cleanses the soul.
