Five Year Old Dies In Hot Car

Does anyone remember the father in Georgia that was found guilty of killing his child by leaving him in a hot car because he forgot to drop him off at the daycare? Well, he will be getting a new trial says the Georgia State Supreme Court. The child’s name was Cooper. I remember reading it here in this forum when it happened.

Yes I saw that the other day on court TV.. new trial for him. I suspect his lawyers will argue that ever other parent who kills their child this way get off Scott free..
