In 2009, I was in an Eons group that followed weather patterns and events as well as what was called Global Warming, at the time. I made a prediction then that natural disasters were going to increase in number and severity. A few years later, scientists stated the same thing. It's mind boggling to see all of these disasters happening so close together and all over the globe. Truthfully, I've been wondering if God is purging. 
For those of you who believe in God, would you weigh in please.

The planet marked an ominous milestone Friday: The first day global warmth crossed a threshold, if only briefly, that climate scientists have warned could have calamitous consequences. Preliminary data show global temperatures averaged more than 2 degrees Celsius (3.6 degrees Fahrenheit) above a historic norm, from a time before humans started consuming fossil fuels and emitting planet-warming greenhouse gases.
No we don't need God to purge humanity. We are doing it all by ourselves. Humanity is in the process of destroying ourselves and the planet (Gaia Earth). In hindsight, it was all but inevitable once the industrial revolution started.

Yep, weather happens.
They put wording such as Climate Change, Global Warming, etc. But, at the the end of the day is just weather.
All weather goes in cycles, decades, millennium, etc.
Three things that make me skeptical of these 'findings'
1) How 'scientists' have been exposed as exaggerating their 'findings' to keep their grants and funding increasing.
2) The fact that bad weather has always been around, but through how informations travels so fast these days and gets reported more widely, it may seem like its more, but its just the reporting is faster and more far reaching.
3) That the US government is using the 'terms' to take more money from taxpayers to fund their put/political groups, knowing its not a US problem but a world wide problem. Do folks realize we are paying China builds more coal fired plants than any country in the world?
Just another crisis 'created' by this administration to siphon money from taxpayers to their 'well connected' friends.
I know, I know, some of you drank the kool-aid and believe what you are told on the evening news, and for the most part it is working. We feel good about ourselves because we 'act' like we are doing something for the greater good, when in fact, its just to appease our own morality.
