Flowers in my garden.

These are my lupins in the border...

It's quite windy and the plants are all being blown around. Still here are a few pics before the flowers get blown away..

Lupins with cineraria silver dust in front.

Everything looks so lush and green. It is beautiful there. Peonies are a favorite of mine. My grandmother always had them in her garden. They were so old that when she died and the house sold my SIL dug them up and took them with her.
 

We have these in our woods. I love seeing them bloom after a dry period and then it rains. The Indian pipe AKA ghost plant really is a plant. Unlike most plants, it lacks chlorophyll. It is a member of the heath family (Ericaceae), which also includes plants like blueberries, cranberries, and rhododendrons. While it might look like a fungus because of its white, translucent appearance, it is a flowering perennial herb.
