For fun: Florida Man Steals Rawlins Police Car While Handcuffed

I lived in Florida for many years. Texas is pretty crazy, but nothing compared to what is happening in Florida these days. One of my friends suggested I Google "Florida Man" to access the many crazy stories happening in this state. There is a lot there!
