Did you ever...maybe, in your youth..

My uncle collected..and got my daughter interested...when she was young

Then in a magazine ad...saw...100 stamps for $2.99...of course.
(Not sure they were worth anything..but interesting)


But, my inquiry..as in title..what stamp is issued for the collection of a tax?
The fiscal stamp.

Is it true...have you heard of it?
