For Those Out Driving On The Road...

Beware...there is black ice on the roads. I went to CVS and on the way back I encountered it. My car skid and almost hit a parked one. I was lucky that I have ABS and I was able to stop before I hit a car. So, just to say be careful out there!

This recent snow/ice storm has made driving treacherous all over the Midwest. People who have to drive to work are having to exercise extreme caution. Everyone else should just stay home for a day or two, if possible, until the sun and rising temperature begin to clear this stuff. We try to take the weather forecasts seriously, and make a store run ahead of a storm...then, stay put. It can sometimes become rather boring to be housebound for a few days....but, that's a lot better than having to pay for a damaged vehicle...or worse.

Yes that's sound advice there Don. Thank you. I'm lucky to not have hit a car. That would be a real pain. I'm staying put tonight.
