This makes a good sauce for many dishes and especially chili and stuffed cabbage. Also good for any dish--it's tasty and nutritious!
It's low sodium V8. At first I thought..yuk..but it's very tasty!

I have to check out V8 again. Last time I checked it was high in sodium that's why I stop drinking it. I will check out the Low sodium.
