Foxworthy on Texas

Good ones...and many apply all over the Midwest. Foxworthy is a great comedian, and I really enjoyed watching the "Blue Collar Comedy Tour" when he and his crew were together....haven't seen them on TV in a long time.

I spent MONTHS in Texas when I was in the military; Vernon for primary flight training;; also in San Antonio for
classification & preflight. Loved 98% of it.

There are so many different places to live there....good choices. Pick one.

I can identify with all of those as I live in Houston and that's the reason I don't drive the interstates here. When I was younger I drove the same way but as I am older everything I need is in a 6 mile radius and I stay out of the way. My daughter says that if you don't drive that way you will get run over and these days you could be shot as road rages are rampant here. I thank God I don't have to go downtown anymore for medical testing as really good facilities are now here in the Clear Lake area. I used to have to go to Methodist for brain angios but no more as we have good neuro facilities here and I can drive there without my daughter having to take off work.

Jeff Foxworthy was in Charlotte a lot when he was starting his career, appearing at the Comedy Clubs.....SO FUNNY. I laughed until my cheeks hurt the next day. Think he is a naturally funny, doesn't need writers. He was on Comedy Channel for a while with Bill Ingvall, Ron White and the "let's getter done" fella/can't remember his name. I miss them and wish they would perform for us. Their comedy is priceless!
