Framed art on sun porch

Depends on how you define antique. I'd say all are "vintage".

This is my rule of thumb on defining antiques (a professional dealer's opinion might differ):

75 years or older - true antique
50 to 75 years old - vintage
25 to 50 years old - the twilight zone of collectibles - too new to be antique and too old to be anything anyone wants (LOL)
less than 25 years - modern

My mom called it a sun porch. The modern term is solarium. It is wood paneled and the people that had the house before us left a couch, 2 matching chairs, a high table/stand and a hassock in it. Right now that rooms is stuffed with boxes of Christmas and Easter decorations and it's not easy to move around in it, or very photogenic, or I'd take pictures of it. It has 6 windows, 2 facing north and 4 facing west. I can show it from the outside (outlined in red). I'll have to get more updated pics sometime. This was taken about 10 years ago - the large yew bush on the left is gone now as is the back door overhand and the cat ramp.

There are some other items on the wall that aren't framed pictures. A souvenir plate and a fabric strip with medallions of Washington and Adams. When I first glanced at that, I thought it was Washington and Martha until I looked closer. There are other things on the wall that I will have to get after on a day I feel more ambitious.

As I said...might be a nice place to sit and have coffee on a cool spring morning. You know? Have a couple bird feeders up and you could just chill.
