Friend has uterine cancer

About a month ago I contacted a friend to wish her Happy Birthday. She's 64. Long to short a malignant mass was found... she's been having gyno problems.

Her sweet father died on Father's day, then she had to have one of her cats put to sleep. Now this.

She prefers texting vs calling, but the other day told me she had a very long surgery and next step is chemotherapy. Her sister & brother are helping. She said she has little to no pain.

I feel so bad for her.
