TOS agreements are never my concern when I check websites for viruses. Those don't protect you at all. A lot of computer users don't think about that sort of thing at first glace like I do. With all but 28 scanners saying it's ok, it might be. But the question of the day is why do the other 28 show up as Unrated, when that has never happened in 21 years? And if I have any doubt whatsoever I don't open a link that doesn't pass these scans, and if I won't I also tell my friends not to either...
